Everyone uses a different tool

For HR and People & Culture · 50 to 300 employees
Every group solves its own tasks. Every employee receives their proof of training.
A short check shows where your employees stand today. Then everyone learns in small groups on their own tasks, from accounting to field sales. For 50 to 300 employees, at one or several locations.
A rollout in waves, so operations keep running: first the check, then the first group, then multipliers carry it forward. At the end, every participant has a certificate under Article 4 of the EU AI Act and the company has a policy.
In three phases
A short online check shows, per department, who already works confidently with AI and who starts with the basics. We put the groups together from this.
Six to eight people, one or two days, in-house or remote. Every participant enters their own tasks in a questionnaire beforehand and solves them in the course.
Your team writes the AI policy itself, based on the cases from the courses. We then clarify open questions in Q&A sessions.
Every participant receives a certificate of participation listing content and hours. The records are prepared for your personnel files and documentation.
The policy is developed jointly and contains no performance monitoring. On request, we present the concept to your employee representatives in advance.
In the course, every participant works on tasks they know from their daily work. Anyone who sees an assistant take over a tedious routine usually asks about the next step quickly.
Sound familiar?
A few employees use AI daily, others not at all, and nobody knows exactly what is allowed. What is missing: a plan that brings everyone along, and records that hold up.
Private accounts included. Nobody knows which data ends up where.
Since February 2025, the EU AI Act has required proof of training. Many employees do not have any yet.
Some worry about their jobs, others have no time. Off-the-shelf mandatory training reaches neither group.
You bring your challenges.
We work on them live.
The programme produces assistants, agents and an AI policy for the tasks that cost your departments time.
Afterwards
An overview of where each department stands with AI.
Courses in small groups on their own tasks, department by department.
Proof of training under Article 4 of the EU AI Act for every participant.
An AI policy developed with the team that the works council can also support.
How a rollout works
No company sends 200 people to a course at the same time. The rollout runs in waves, department by department, with a schedule that fits shifts and locations.
All employees take the short skills check. You see, per department, who works confidently with AI and who starts with the basics. The groups are formed from this.
The departments with the biggest time savings go first, usually back office, administration or sales. Each group solves its own tasks in the course, six to eight people, one or two days.
Each wave leaves behind colleagues who show the others what works. The next waves build on this until every location is covered.
The AI policy grows out of the cases from the courses. Every participant has their certificate of participation, you have the overview for the personnel files. We clarify open questions in Q&A sessions.
In black and white
Alongside assistants and agents, you leave the course with two documents: one for each participant, one for the whole company.

For each participant
Since February 2025, companies must ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among their employees (Article 4 of the EU AI Act). If anyone asks, you need documentation. The certificate records the content, scope and date of the course, one sheet per participant, for the personnel file and the next audit.

For the company
Your own document: on the second day, your team writes the rules it will work with AI by from now on, based on the cases it has just built itself. By the evening the draft is ready for approval by management.
We talk about headcount, locations and timeframe. If another format makes more sense, we suggest it.

Your trainer
Florian Pagel has advised companies on digital projects for more than 30 years, first in marketing for brands such as Google, Nike and Montblanc, today on introducing AI in mid-sized businesses and large corporations. With Hello White Parrot he builds assistants, agents and automations together with teams and trains around 200 people a year, always on their own tasks.
He created the AI programme unlocktomorrow.ai and founded the AI coaching academy Solo-Helden for solo self-employed professionals. He is also the author of “Der KI-Knigge: Authentisch trifft Agentisch” (with Vivian Hecker, BoD 2026): how we stay human when the machine works alongside us. His principle in both roles: results you can apply right away.
Price
The courses last one or two days, price on request, plus travel costs for on-site sessions. For your entire workforce, you receive a programme quote after the intro call with a price per employee, a schedule in waves and an overview of the records. You can take that straight into the budget round with management.
FAQ
We give you the price per participant in the intro call. For entire workforces, we write a programme quote for your size.
That depends on size, locations and shift schedules. We plan in waves so operations keep running. You receive the timeline with the rollout plan.
It stays yours. We work on an EU-hosted platform with a data processing agreement, with no training on your data. For exercises we anonymise, and that very practice becomes part of your policy.
With models from OpenAI, Google, Anthropic and Mistral via an EU-hosted platform. If you already have a solution in-house, such as Microsoft Copilot, we work with that.
What your team may and may not do with AI, which tools are approved, how client and personal data are handled, when AI involvement is disclosed, and how your own tone is preserved. Written by your team on day two, tailored to your company.
No. The questionnaire shows where each participant stands. The first morning brings everyone to the same level. Mixed groups work well.
Yes, same agenda, same price. On site the work is more intensive, remote saves travel costs. Where possible, we recommend on site.
