Superficial research
Five minutes on the client's website, plus the first few search results. Who decides, what drives them, what is urgent right now: unknown.
Hands-on course Sales · 1 or 2 days
Your cases. Solved with AI. On the same day.
Your sales team builds a set of AI assistants that gather, before every meeting, who the contact is, what their company is dealing with right now and where your offer fits. On day two this becomes a workflow: client name in, meeting preparation out. Built for field sales and back office, including employees who have never worked with AI.
Two weeks before the course, every participant enters their personal challenges in a questionnaire. In sales, these are the meetings of the coming weeks: Who will be there, what is on their mind, why does our offer fit? Your team builds its AI assistants for exactly these meetings.
One case, four steps. Using the example “first meeting with a new client”: on day 1 your team builds the first prompt and the first assistant, on day 2 the further assistants and the workflow. Each step uses what the previous one delivered.
Sound familiar?
AI has arrived in sales, mostly as a private chat window. What is missing: preparation that reliably lands on the table before every meeting.
Five minutes on the client's website, plus the first few search results. Who decides, what drives them, what is urgent right now: unknown.
The same slides for the buyer who wants to see numbers and for the owner who wants to hear the idea. Neither gets what they need.
What one person knows about a client or a typical objection never reaches the next. When someone leaves the company, their knowledge leaves too.
You bring your challenges.
We work on them live.
The course produces prompts, assistants and agents for exactly the tasks that cost your company time.
Afterwards
An assistant that researches before the meeting: company, the contact's role, figures, current topics. In a few minutes, with sources.
An assistant that sorts out what the client is dealing with right now: three challenges, the most important first, with reasoning.
An assistant that checks where your offer fits these challenges and where it does not, and one that turns this into a one-page meeting preparation, in the tone of the decision-maker in question.
A workflow connecting all four: client name in, meeting preparation out, the salesperson approves. Plus clear rules on which client data may go into the AI, set by your sales team itself.
Our principle
This course combines three things.
People
You understand the people you deal with better and come across more confidently in conversations, presentations and when working with AI.
Method
You learn proven frameworks for clear AI instructions, texts and presentations and apply them with confidence.
Machine
You build assistants, agents and automations and use them purposefully.
The principle
Each step builds on the previous one. Your team takes all of them, on their own computers, with their own cases. Compact in one day or in depth over two.
Give precise instructions with FOKUS+. Results you can repeat.
Your knowledge as the foundation: documents, templates, tone of voice. An assistant that answers like you.
Role, goal, tools. The agent researches, sorts, prepares and asks before it acts.
Workflows that run without prompting: request in, proposal out, a person approves.
What you take away
Each with a clear task, your company's knowledge and a way of working your team defines. Tested on your own clients, during the course.
Who is the contact, what does their company do, which figures and topics are current? Half a page from public sources, with evidence.
Day 1What is the client dealing with right now? Three challenges, the most important first, each with reasoning. Asks follow-up questions when data is thin, instead of guessing.
Day 1Plays the client in their behavioural style, listens to a two-minute pitch, rates it against fixed criteria and says what was missing. As often as your salesperson wants to practise.
Day 1Where does your offer match the client's challenges, and where not? Compares against your service catalogue and names the strongest and the weakest match.
Day 2Turns everything into a one-page meeting preparation: situation, problem, approach, in the decision-maker's tone, with three opening questions and a note on what better not to say.
Day 2Researcher, Strategist, Checker and Writer work in sequence. The salesperson confirms the client, then it runs on its own: client name in, meeting preparation out by email.
Day 2In black and white
Alongside assistants and agents, you leave the course with two documents: one for each participant, one for the whole company.

For each participant
Since February 2025, companies must ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among their employees (Article 4 of the EU AI Act). If anyone asks, you need documentation. The certificate records the content, scope and date of the course, one sheet per participant, for the personnel file and the next audit.

For the company
Your own document: on the second day, your team writes the rules it will work with AI by from now on, based on the cases it has just built itself. By the evening the draft is ready for approval by management.
What your sales team builds
Short input, then practice on the clients your team names in the questionnaire. The agenda below is the standard case; your questionnaire decides which assistants are built first. You receive the detailed schedule after the intro call.
A detailed questionnaire on your topics: tasks, workflows, previous AI experience, tone of voice, data protection. This becomes the roadmap for both days.
Everything stays with you: materials, templates, assistants. In a follow-up call, we discuss what's working and what comes next.
We talk about your meetings, your tools and the rules for client data. If another format makes more sense, we tell you.

Your trainer
Florian Pagel has advised companies on sales and marketing for over 30 years, first for brands such as Google, Nike and Montblanc, today on introducing AI in mid-sized businesses and corporations. With Hello White Parrot he builds assistants, agents and automations with teams and trains around 200 people a year, always on their own tasks.
He created the AI programme unlocktomorrow.ai and founded the AI coaching academy Solo-Helden for solo self-employed professionals. He is also the author of “Der KI-Knigge: Authentisch trifft Agentisch” (with Vivian Hecker, BoD 2026): how we stay human when the machine works alongside us. His principle in both roles: results you can apply right away.

FAQ
Small, clearly defined AI helpers that your sales team sets up itself during the course, each with a kind of job description: task, knowledge, way of working, tone. The Researcher finds out who the contact is. The Strategist sorts out what the client is dealing with. The Checker matches that against your offer. The Writer turns it into one page. Individually they are assistants, in sequence a workflow that runs at the push of a button.
No. The assistants are built on a no-code platform, and so is the workflow. If you have an automation environment such as n8n in-house, the workflow can be built there; we show this on day two.
Exports and documents are enough to start. If your CRM has an API, we show on day two how an assistant accesses it. We clarify what makes sense in the questionnaire.
Yes. The assistants run on the platform in the browser, so also on a mobile phone before the meeting. Client name in, meeting preparation out. We practise exactly that: preparing the meeting, recording the meeting note, triggering the follow-up.
It stays yours. We work on an EU-hosted platform with a data processing agreement, with no training on your data. For exercises we anonymise, and that very practice becomes part of your policy.
With models from OpenAI, Google, Anthropic and Mistral via an EU-hosted platform. If you already have a solution in-house, such as Microsoft Copilot, we work with that.
The one-day compact course shows all four steps and lets your team build its first prompts and an assistant, the right start if you first want to see what is possible. The two-day course goes through every step using your own cases, builds agents and automations that keep running afterwards, and creates your own AI policy. If you want the results, take two days.
Then the compact course is the place to start. Our experience from the courses: two consecutive days is the shortest format in which assistants and policy get finished. The team quickly wins back five hours a week afterwards.
What your team may and may not do with AI, which tools are approved, how client and personal data are handled, when AI involvement is disclosed, and how your own tone is preserved. Written by your team on day two, tailored to your company.
No. The questionnaire shows where each participant stands. The first morning brings everyone to the same level. Mixed groups work well.
Yes, same agenda, same price. On site the work is more intensive, remote saves travel costs. Where possible, we recommend on site.
Then we split into two groups or combine the course with the keynote “Authentic meets Agentic” for everyone. We'll clarify this in the intro call.
