Platform onboarding · Sprint plus support
Roll out Nuwacom. Up and running in one to two days.
A compact sprint gets your team onto the platform: with its own assistants, first agents and clear rules. Then we support you for three to four weeks in Q&A sessions until Nuwacom is part of daily work.
Why Nuwacom
One platform where meetings, knowledge and automation come together.
Nuwacom is our preferred tool when a team starts out with AI together. Here is what your employees get from it:
Many models, one access point
GPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral and open models are available side by side. Anyone who would rather not choose leaves it to Auto Mode.
Meetings take their own notes
The built-in notetaker joins the meeting, transcribes and summarises. The note becomes context for the next chat.
Real teamwork
Chats, assistants, workflows and apps can be shared: with individuals, groups or the whole company.
Your own apps, no code
Describe a price calculator or project dashboard in plain sentences and the platform builds it. Every app runs isolated in its own sandbox.
Data protection built in
A company from Koblenz, hosting in Europe, ISO 27001, no training on your data. A privacy mode replaces names and customer data with placeholders.
Knowledge that stays findable
SharePoint, Google Drive or Confluence get connected. Your assistants answer based on your own documents.
Two formats
One day to get started. Two days to get ahead.
Both formats work on your real tasks and end with the same support: Q&A sessions over three to four weeks.
1-day sprint
For teams that want to get productive quickly.
- Set up the platform: roles, groups, sharing
- Usage policy: what goes in, what stays out
- Prompting on real tasks from your daily work
- Build the first assistants for your departments
- Create a knowledge base and connect the first documents
By the end of the day:A configured workspace, running assistants and a team that works with them the next morning.
2-day sprint
For companies that want to automate processes right away.
- Everything from the 1-day sprint
- Build agents that complete tasks on their own
- Workflows and triggers: automations on your use cases
- Prepare data properly so the answers are right
- Use the notetaker and apps across the team
- Rollout plan for all employees
By the end of day two:In addition, at least one automated workflow, a clean knowledge base and the plan for the next 30 days.
Content
Five building blocks that turn a licence into a working tool for your team.
Building assistants and agents
From a sales assistant to an agent that handles research. Your team builds it themselves and leaves with finished results.
Automations
A new meeting note appears and the workflow starts on its own. We show you which processes pay off first.
Team collaboration
Who sees what, who can change what? Permissions, groups and shared assistants, so good solutions belong to the whole company.
Preparing data properly
Good answers need good sources. Structure, naming and upkeep of your knowledge base, so the AI finds what is correct.
Using the platform properly
Model choice, privacy mode, notetaker, apps: the features that make the difference day to day, and the rules that go with them.

Survey results
What is being used, what is missing, what comes next? You get a clear recommendation.
The sprint gets you started, the Q&A sessions build the habit. A rollout with around 80 employees showed: people use what works without switching tools and what they can ask someone about in the first weeks.
FAQ
Quick answers.
Who is the sprint for?
For teams and companies that have just introduced Nuwacom or are about to. It delivers the most when management, specialist departments and IT sit at the same table. For solo self-employed professionals, the format is available as a compact one-to-one session.
One day or two: what suits us?
One day is enough if your team needs to get productive quickly and start with assistants. Two days are worth it if you want to build agents, automations and your knowledge base at the same time.
What happens in the Q&A sessions?
After the sprint, the real questions only surface in daily work. In short sessions over three to four weeks we resolve them one by one: what is stuck, which assistant needs fine-tuning, which process can be automated next.
Do we need the licences beforehand?
You obtain the licences directly from Nuwacom. As an official partner, we support selection and setup so everything is ready for the sprint.
Does the sprint take place on site or remotely?
Both work. On site creates more team dynamics, remote is easier to spread across locations. The Q&A sessions usually run remotely.
What does the onboarding cost?
That depends on team size and format. In the intro call we clarify the scope, then you receive a fixed quote.
