Prompting by gut feeling
Every result depends on who happens to be typing. There's no method, no templates and nothing the whole team can draw on.
Authentic meets Agentic · Hands-on course, 1 or 2 days
Your cases. Solved with AI. On the same day.
A hands-on course in which your team builds AI agents for your company's tasks: prompts that hit the mark. Assistants with your knowledge. Agents and automations that run. In the two-day course, plus your own AI policy, in your company's style.
Two weeks before the course, every participant enters their personal challenges in the questionnaire. These are exactly the cases we solve in the course.
One case, four steps. Take “writing a quote”: on day 1 your team builds the prompt and assistant, on day 2 the agent and workflow, each step using what the previous one delivered.
Sound familiar?
The access is there, and so is the curiosity. What's missing: a method, your own assistants, clear workflows and rules.
Every result depends on who happens to be typing. There's no method, no templates and nothing the whole team can draw on.
Open the chat, question in, answer out, and everything stays manual. No assistant knows your knowledge, no agent takes on a task.
Emails write themselves, and suddenly every company sounds like every other. Without your own rules, your tone gets lost.
You bring your challenges.
We work on them live.
The course produces prompts, assistants and agents for exactly the tasks that cost your company time.
Afterwards
One prompting method for everyone: FOKUS+ and templates the team shares.
Assistants that know your company's style and write that way.
Agents and automations that take on tasks, with approval by a person.
Your own AI policy, written by your team, for your company. That's why it holds.
Our principle
This course combines three things.
People
You understand the people you deal with better and come across more confidently in conversations, presentations and when working with AI.
Method
You learn proven frameworks for clear AI instructions, texts and presentations and apply them with confidence.
Machine
You build assistants, agents and automations and use them purposefully.
The principle
Each step builds on the previous one. Your team takes all of them, on their own computers, with their own cases. Compact in one day or in depth over two.
Give precise instructions with FOKUS+. Results you can repeat.
Your knowledge as the foundation: documents, templates, tone of voice. An assistant that answers like you.
Role, goal, tools. The agent researches, sorts, prepares and asks before it decides.
Workflows that run without prompting: request in, proposal out, a person approves.
What you take away
Solutions your team built itself. On its own tasks and with its own data.
Templates for everything that comes up every week. Based on FOKUS+, agreed within the team.
Ready to shareYour documents, your tone, your rules, prepared so that assistants answer correctly and in your company's style.
Keeps growingOn an EU-hosted platform, shared with the team, tested on your cases.
Running from day 1Workflows that work independently and check back at the right points.
Compact as an example, in-depth for your casesWe create it together for your company: what's allowed, what isn't, how we handle data, how your own style is preserved.
From 2 days, ready for approvalProof of the AI literacy that Article 4 has required since February 2025. Per participant.
For your recordsIn black and white
Alongside assistants and agents, you leave the course with two documents: one for each participant, one for the whole company.

For each participant
Since February 2025, companies must ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among their employees (Article 4 of the EU AI Act). If anyone asks, you need documentation. The certificate records the content, scope and date of the course, one sheet per participant, for the personnel file and the next audit.

For the company
Your own document: on the second day, your team writes the rules it will work with AI by from now on, based on the cases it has just built itself. By the evening the draft is ready for approval by management.
How it works
Short input, then practice: every building block is applied to real topics from your company. That's how the two-day course works. The compact course packs both days into one, with less practice time and without your own policy.
A detailed questionnaire on your topics: tasks, workflows, previous AI experience, tone of voice, data protection. This becomes the roadmap for both days.
Everything stays with you: materials, templates, assistants. In a follow-up call, we discuss what's working and what comes next.
We talk about tasks, tools and approvals. If another format makes more sense, we'll suggest it.

Your trainer
Florian Pagel has advised companies on digital projects for more than 30 years, first in marketing for brands such as Google, Nike and Montblanc, today on introducing AI in mid-sized businesses and large corporations. With Hello White Parrot he builds assistants, agents and automations together with teams and trains around 200 people a year, always on their own tasks.
He created the AI programme unlocktomorrow.ai and founded the AI coaching academy Solo-Helden for solo self-employed professionals. He is also the author of “Der KI-Knigge: Authentisch trifft Agentisch” (with Vivian Hecker, BoD 2026): how we stay human when the machine works alongside us. His principle in both roles: results you can apply right away.

FAQ
It stays yours. We work on an EU-hosted platform with a data processing agreement, with no training on your data. For exercises we anonymise, and that very practice becomes part of your policy.
With models from OpenAI, Google, Anthropic and Mistral via an EU-hosted platform. If you already have a solution in-house, such as Microsoft Copilot, we work with that.
The one-day compact course shows all four steps and lets your team build their first prompts and an assistant themselves. The right start if you first want to see what's possible. The two-day course works through every step on your own cases, builds agents and automations that keep running afterwards, and creates your own AI policy. If you want the results, take two days.
Then the compact course is the place to start. Our experience from the courses: two consecutive days is the shortest format in which assistants and policy get finished. The team quickly wins back five hours a week afterwards.
What your team may and may not do with AI, which tools are approved, how customer and personal data are handled, when AI involvement is disclosed and how your own tone is preserved. Written by your team on the second day, tailored to your company.
No. The questionnaire shows where each participant stands. The first morning brings everyone to the same level. Mixed groups work well.
Yes, same agenda, same price. On site the work is more intensive, remote saves travel costs. Where possible, we recommend on site.
Then we split into two groups or combine the course with the keynote “Authentic meets Agentic” for everyone. We'll clarify this in the intro call.
