One shoot, one version
The film is finished, but the short version for LinkedIn, the English version or other variants are missing.
AI Film & Content · From concept to distribution
For us, AI in production means faster research, faster editing, more versions from one shoot, automated subtitles and translations. On request, we produce entirely with AI. The approach stays the same: The technology works in the background. Your company is front and centre.
An example
Hero film for the World Series of Poker in Prague. An oversized poker chip rolls through the city.
Four weeks from concept to library: AI speeds up research and editing, the shoot is real. At the end you have material for months, far more than a single film.
What we produce
We shoot every format on site or produce it entirely with AI. Both follow a fixed process, so you know in advance what you will get.
90 to 120 seconds: challenge, approach, outcome, told by your customers or your team.
Moving image and stills for launches, trade fairs or recruiting. Concept, shoot, post-production, distribution. With AI for variants, formats and languages.
Twenty posts for LinkedIn, website and newsletter from one day of shooting: cuts, quotes, carousels, in your style, with an editorial plan.
Products, processes, onboarding: short films that work internally and externally. On request with avatar versions for updates without a reshoot.
Sound familiar?
Good films don't only fail in production.
They also fail on time, scope and budget.
The film is finished, but the short version for LinkedIn, the English version or other variants are missing.
Generated images, synthetic voices, smooth faces. Audiences spot it in two seconds, and trust is gone.
The film sits on the website, and nothing else happens. No cut-downs, no series, no reuse.
You bring your challenges.
We work on them live.
No off-the-shelf examples: in the course you create prompts, assistants and agents for exactly the tasks that cost your company time.
Afterwards
One shoot delivers the main film, short versions, stills and quotes, all in your style.
Versions in several languages and lengths, without a second shoot and without weeks in the edit.
An editorial plan that spreads the content over months instead of using it all up in one day.
Updates without a reshoot where avatar versions make sense, and only there.
How a film is made
The process applies to case films, campaigns and series. Shot or fully generated, the steps stay the same.
Preliminary research with AI, interview guide, storyline: challenge, approach, outcome. You see the concept before anything is produced.
One day on site with a small crew. Real people, real spaces, real products. On request, a generated scene production replaces the shooting day.
AI handles transcription, rough cut, subtitles, translations and format variants. Our editors do the fine cut, colour grading and sound mix.
Main film, short versions, stills, quotes, editorial plan. On request with assistants your team then uses on its own for further posts.
We talk about who should see the film and what should happen next. You get a proposal with format, process and price.

Your trainer
Florian Pagel has advised companies on digital projects for more than 30 years, first in marketing for brands such as Google, Nike and Montblanc, today on introducing AI in mid-sized businesses and large corporations. With Hello White Parrot he builds assistants, agents and automations together with teams and trains around 200 people a year, always on their own tasks.
He created the AI programme unlocktomorrow.ai and founded the AI coaching academy Solo-Helden for solo self-employed professionals. He is also the author of “Der KI-Knigge: Authentisch trifft Agentisch” (with Vivian Hecker, BoD 2026): how we stay human when the machine works alongside us. His principle in both roles: results you can apply right away.
Price
Case films, campaigns and series are quoted by scope: concept, shooting days, post-production, versions. You know what it costs before the shoot. You hold the rights to all versions.
FAQ
In research, transcription, rough cut, subtitles, translations and format variants. On request also in the images themselves, for example for generated scenes or avatar versions of training films. We agree beforehand what is used where.
That is the standard we set: no. Shot or generated, the film should look like your company. Where something was generated, we tell you, and you can label it.
Case films, campaigns and content for corporations and mid-sized businesses, over many years and in several markets. This work was created before AI was used in production. The craft of storytelling has stayed the same.
That depends on the scope. Usually a few weeks from concept to delivery, including one shooting day. Short versions and language variants are created in the same run. A fully generated production is faster, because there is no shooting day.
You do, for all versions. Music and third-party material are licensed and credited.
Yes. On request we build assistants for cuts, subtitles and post copy in your style and show your team how to use them.
