Slide first, thinking later
Start thinking in PowerPoint and you produce slides instead of statements. AI makes that faster. It does not make it better.
Specialist course · ½ day · up to 10 people
One slide, one message. Done in half the time.
“How do you actually build these presentations?” With a fixed three-step process: outline by hand, draft with AI, design by a human. Your team works on a real deck from your company and goes home with a finished presentation. And with a process anyone can repeat.
Three steps, one deck. People think and decide, AI delivers the draft in between. The result: the same core message in four versions, depending on who is in the room.
What you take away
From the half day, you take away three things you will use the very next day.
The presentation you brought, rebuilt: a clear core message, one slide per idea, in your style.
Outline by hand, draft with AI, design by people. As an overview to pin on the wall, with the AI instructions that worked in the course.
The same core message for four kinds of audience: for those who want numbers, those who want pace, those who need certainty, and those who want to see the big picture.
Sound familiar?
In most companies, presentations take more time than any other kind of writing. And they still rarely get better.
Start thinking in PowerPoint and you produce slides instead of statements. AI makes that faster. It does not make it better.
Management, client, team: everyone gets the same slides. One wants numbers, another the decision, a third the path to get there.
Generic images, five-point bullet lists, the same phrases everywhere. The audience notices, and the content loses.
You bring your challenges.
We work on them live.
No off-the-shelf examples: in the course you create prompts, assistants and agents for exactly the tasks that cost your company time.
Afterwards
Every presentation starts with an outline on paper: core message, three reasons, evidence. Only then does AI come into play.
AI delivers the first draft in your style, following your instructions. People decide, cut and design.
The same message in four versions, depending on who is in the room. One deck becomes four, without four times the work.
A process that colleagues who were not in the course can use too.
How the half day works
The agenda below is the standard. Your questionnaire beforehand decides which deck gets rebuilt.
Who is in the room, and what should they do afterwards? A simple model for four audience types. Then the outline by hand: core message first, then the reasons, then the evidence.
With clear instructions to the AI, the outline becomes a first draft. Your style, your terms, your examples. One slide, one message.
Cut, order, design. What stays, what goes, what belongs in the appendix. To finish, everyone presents their deck in three minutes.
We talk about who presents in your company, to whom and with what. If it is not a fit, we will say so.

Your trainer
Florian Pagel has advised companies on digital projects for more than 30 years, first in marketing for brands such as Google, Nike and Montblanc, today on introducing AI in mid-sized businesses and large corporations. With Hello White Parrot he builds assistants, agents and automations together with teams and trains around 200 people a year, always on their own tasks.
He created the AI programme unlocktomorrow.ai and founded the AI coaching academy Solo-Helden for solo self-employed professionals. He is also the author of “Der KI-Knigge: Authentisch trifft Agentisch” (with Vivian Hecker, BoD 2026): how we stay human when the machine works alongside us. His principle in both roles: results you can apply right away.
Price
Up to 10 people, in-house or remote, on site plus travel costs. Questionnaire beforehand, process overview and certificate of participation under Art. 4 EU AI Act included. The half day can be combined with the course “From Prompt to Agent” or the sales course to make a full day.
FAQ
The ones you already have in-house: PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides, plus an AI platform for the draft. We do not bring in new software that nobody uses afterwards.
No. Anyone who has built a presentation before can take part. No AI experience needed.
That is the heart of the course. Everyone brings a real deck, one that is due to be presented soon or one that never quite worked.
Yes, same process. The outline is then created on a digital whiteboard instead of paper.
We work on EU-hosted platforms, and you decide beforehand which content may go into the AI. For the course, a deck without the critical figures is often enough.
