Everyone on their own
Every employee experiments alone. Good instructions stay in their own history, knowledge is not shared.
Platform onboarding · 1 day
A platform your team uses from tomorrow.
For companies that already work with Langdock or want to introduce it. In one day we set up roles and permissions, build the first assistants and knowledge bases with your departments and define who may do what. By the evening you have a platform people actually work on, not one that is merely set up.
One day from setup to usage rules. Then three to four weeks of Q&A sessions for the questions that only come up in daily work.
What you take away
Three outcomes that are used the very next day.
Who may see which assistants, use which knowledge bases, upload which data? Set up and documented.
One assistant per department with the knowledge needed there every day: templates, rules, contacts, products.
One page that says what may go into the platform and what may not, who approves and where to get help. Fits into your AI policy.
Sound familiar?
Introducing an AI platform means more than handing out licences. Without assistants, knowledge and rules it remains an empty chat window.
Every employee experiments alone. Good instructions stay in their own history, knowledge is not shared.
What may be uploaded? Nobody knows for sure, so some upload everything and others nothing.
IT sets things up, the business team waits. After three months the platform is ready, but nobody uses it.
You bring your challenges.
We work on them live.
No off-the-shelf examples: in the course you create prompts, assistants and agents for exactly the tasks that cost your company time.
Afterwards
Every department has an assistant that knows its templates, rules and terms.
Knowledge sits in knowledge bases, not in individual chat histories.
Roles and permissions are set up, usage rules fit on one page.
New colleagues find their way around on day one.
What happens on the day
The agenda below is the standard case. Your questionnaire decides which departments go first.
Platform structure, roles and permissions, data rules. Which knowledge bases does each department need, and who maintains them?
Build the first assistants with representatives from the departments: add templates, rules and examples, test, improve. Record usage rules and approvals.
Three to four weeks of Q&A sessions for the questions that come up in daily work. In the follow-up call we clarify which departments are next.
We talk about where Langdock stands in your company and which departments benefit first. If it is not the right fit, we will tell you.

Your trainer
Florian Pagel has advised companies on digital projects for more than 30 years, first in marketing for brands such as Google, Nike and Montblanc, today on introducing AI in mid-sized businesses and large corporations. With Hello White Parrot he builds assistants, agents and automations together with teams and trains around 200 people a year, always on their own tasks.
He created the AI programme unlocktomorrow.ai and founded the AI coaching academy Solo-Helden for solo self-employed professionals. He is also the author of “Der KI-Knigge: Authentisch trifft Agentisch” (with Vivian Hecker, BoD 2026): how we stay human when the machine works alongside us. His principle in both roles: results you can apply right away.

FAQ
Yes. We then clarify in advance whether Langdock suits you, and the setup becomes part of the day.
Both are EU-hosted platforms, and we work with both. Which one fits depends on your systems and requirements. We clarify that in the intro call, without bias.
One person responsible from IT or management for roles and permissions, plus one person from each of the departments that get assistants first.
Langdock is hosted in the EU. Which data may be uploaded is defined in the morning in the data rules.
Yes, same agenda, same price.
