Terms of use

1. Provider

2. What you get

With a launch code you get free access to one self-learning course of the Hello White Parrot Academy of your choice (nuwacom, Langdock, n8n or Claude), in its current version. There is no tutoring, no assessment of learning progress and no individual answers to questions about the course content.

3. Personal access

Your code and your access are personal, the code works exactly once. You may not pass either on, sell them or share them with others. You may use the content of the guides for your own work. Copying, publishing or using it for your own courses, trainings or coaching offers is not permitted.

4. Limited places

The offer comprises 100 places and runs until 30 October 2026, 23:59 CET. There is one place per email address. After you confirm your email address, we review the request. The place is assigned once we send you the code. There is no entitlement to a place. We assign places primarily to people with little experience of the respective tool. Requests from experienced users, AI coaches or providers of their own AI trainings may be put on the waiting list or declined. Once all places are taken, we keep a waiting list.

5. Changes and termination

We continuously develop the guides and may add, change or remove content when tools change. We may change or end the free access for good reason and will announce this by email at least four weeks in advance. In the event of a breach of section 3, we may block an access immediately.

6. Liability

The guides are created with care but do not replace individual advice. The tools of the providers (nuwacom, Langdock, n8n, Anthropic) are subject to their own terms. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health, otherwise only for breach of essential obligations and limited to foreseeable damage.

7. Privacy

How we process your data is described in the privacy policy. The newsletter is separate and optional.

8. Final provisions
