Think big.

“Stage the brand PokerStars worldwide as the main portal for online poker. And do think big”. A briefing with which we let the cards dance. Main outcome was a channel overarching, strategic campaign across 16 countries, from Europe to South America. After intense market research and numerous studies as well as qualitative focus group interviews, we developed twelve television commercials and ten print campaigns with the claim “Find the poker star in of you”.

Besides Wimbledon legend Boris Becker, we engaged big shots of the global poker scene such as Pius Heinz (World Champion with 8.7 million EUR won in prize money), George Danzer, Sandra Naujoks, Jan Heitmann, Sebastian Strassmann and several others. For a viral spot we filmed with a helicopter gunship and created one of the internationally most regarded online poker viral spots. Worldwide, we positioned the brand as a market leader and won hundreds of thousands fans and new players.
